What the Appeal Court Ruling Me

This judgment vacated an interim order of a Rivers State High Court, which had restrained the lawmakers from performing legislative functions. The lawmakers are largely loyal to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike. Fubara Reaction
Latching on to Psalm 23:5 of the Bible, Fubara explained his determination thus: “God prepares a table before you in the presence of your enemies.” He went further to say, “We have made our promises, and we will continue to give you good governance, no matter how difficult it is. The worst is over. We are moving on to ensure that we continue to provide what is needed for the development of our state.
He said his administration would focus on healthcare, education, and agriculture. According to him, he would visit Degema, Ahoada, Omoku, Modern General, and the Psychiatric Hospitals in Rumuigbo, all areas of projects.
On the Zonal Hospital project, Fubara said, “This facility will not only serve the people of Khana or Gokana; even my own constituency, Opobo/Nkoro, shall take adequate benefit from this facility. We shall ensure it gets completed and put to effective use for the good people of this senatorial district.”
Amidst these legal and political predicaments, Governor Fubara is undaunted in his quest to drive development and progress in Rivers State.
