A man identified as Daniel has been arrested by the Delta State Police Command for allegedly stabbing a woman after a sex romp in Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State.
The Punch reports that the incident happened on Friday night at Apple Inn, a brothel, where the man in his 20s attacked the sex worker after a disagreement over payment. The argument started when he refused to pay the agreed fee, claiming the sex worker prevented him from cumming on the third round.
Eyewitnesses said the sex worker demanded full payment, saying the man was too rough with her. He allegedly grabbed a knife (from the woman’s kitchen) stabbed her and pulled the knife down. Neighbours alerted the police and the man was arrested on the spot.
The victim whose name is yet to be confirmed was in critical condition and was rushed to the hospital.
A senior officer from Agbor Division confirmed the arrest, saying a team of police were sent to the scene after an emergency call. When they got there, they found the victim in a pool of blood and the suspect was almost lynched by the mob.
According to the Punch, when contacted for more information, the state PPRO, Bright Edafe said he had called the DPO Agbor who promised to get back to him but was yet to.
