VeryDarkMan, a controversial figure and a critic recently jailed for eight days is about to be released.
It is anticipated that following the posting of bail — VeryDarkMan, who was alleged arrested for cyberbullying — will be freed after the public holiday.
However, according to an insider at GossipMillNigeria who spoke on condition of anonymity, though secured on bail, his completion was done at the eleventh hour.
VDM is well-known for his controversial options and attack on individual. He gained attractions with his fight against unregistered companies but later became a become a public figure who shares opinions on events in the country.
His lawyer had disclosed that Nollywood actresses, Iyabo Ojo and Tonto Dikeh, and music producer Samklef were the ones who petitioned several police agencies to complain about his statements and allegations towards them. And as a result, he was arrested and has been behind bars since then.
Recall, VDM had alleged that Iyabo Ojo and her daughter engaged in a tresone intercourse, and was also the one who were championing the call for a DNA test to be done for the son of late singer Mohhad.
Other celebrities he has encountered with includes Daddy Freeze and Blessing CEO.
The Federal Government has declared a public holiday thus his freedom will have to wait until it ends. This period starts from March 29th (Friday) through April 1st (Monday) 2024 Good Friday and Easter Monday in year 2024.
