The former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Uche Secondus, has responded assertively to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mr. Nyesom Wike.
Wike has described Secondus, Sekibo and others as “politicians whose relevance have waned and opportunists” in Rivers State during a press briefing in Abuja on Tuesday for supporting Governor Fubara who is his political adversary at the moment.
According to Secondus, the former Rivers Governor’s manner during the press conference where he held forth on “his usual nature of presenting half-truths, withholding full truths, concocting complete lies in order to mislead people so that they believe in his story line and earn him cheap youpopularity” was just like any other time.
Secondus described Wike as an entertainer, who used to be a friend of him. He v added that the Minister went on to became a comedian with a diversity of points of view, facts contortion to gain inconsequential political superiority and the inversion of truth.”
Moreover, Secondus was shocked by Wike’s remarks at the event held in Abuja. He believes these comments are condemnable because they castigate all those revered political figures in Rivers State as self-centered politicians, vultures and opportunists.
